Welcome to AI Robotix. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and AI Robotix concerning your access to and use of our AI agents, voice systems, content generation platforms, and related services.
Description of Services
AI Robotix provides enterprise AI solutions including:
- Voice AI agents for customer service and communication
- Content generation and creative AI tools
- Agentic workflow automation and integrations
- Custom AI model development and deployment
- API access and developer tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Enterprise Accounts
Enterprise customers may have additional terms and conditions as specified in their service agreement. In case of conflict, the enterprise agreement takes precedence over these general terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
- Use our services for competitive analysis or benchmarking
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Generate spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these terms, including suspending or terminating accounts.
Intellectual Property
Our IP
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of AI Robotix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you input into our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide and improve our services. We do not claim ownership of your content or outputs generated by our AI systems.
AI-Generated Content
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, we will provide you with access to export your data for a period of 30 days, after which your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI ROBOTIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
